Default How to spot a 4L70E, Pics?

Im looking through a bunch of trannies at the salvage yard. How do you spot an 07 and up 4l70e? I see trannies stamped 4L60E and M30 and the newer ones GMPT. Anyone have pics? Thanks

The outer part of the connector plug that is on the transmission will be black or neon blue if it is a 4L70e.

Thank you, I was beginning to give up. They are a rare beast in salvage yards. If I had a Holander crossover, it would be much easier. Seems there are variations, for example, I was told the Trailblazer was one all its own. Im not sure of the differences, but i have been asking for the Suburban. It is a very heavy vehicle, its gotta be the better one. Thanks again

As far as I know there is no difference between the Suburban and Trailblazer 4L70e. Just because it is a larger vehicle doesn't mean it will be built any different.
