Default Deal to good to pass...

So about 2 weeks ago I sold my 1993 5.0 which was my daily driver for about 2 years. On the hunt for a new car i met a guy through a co worker of mine who was selling his 2000 Z28. So i set up a day to look at the car and here's what he's had to offer...

2000 z28 White, T Top
6speed
116,000 miles
All power options
DynaTech Longtubes
Catted Y Pipe
Corsa CatBack
Dyno Tuned
Ls7 Clutch and Flywheel
Hurst Short Throw
Koni shocks
Eibach Springs
Bmr Adujstable Panhard bar
Hotchkis Sway bar
18 Inch rims "real ugly"
Altezza tail lights "real ugly"

Interior of the car is super clean, It runs and Drives like a champ, He had kept records and recipets from the day he bought the car from the dealership of every oil change and mod that was done to the car. When he wasnt driving it the car was in the air on his lift that he had in his garage. Im gonna have to get new rims for it and put stock tail lights back on it but nothin else needs to be done. He also gave me a Slp Dual/Dual CatBack with it which will be in the For Sale Section Soon.

So After about 30 sec of price negotiation, we came to an agreement........$4500 and he had to vacuum and wash it before i picked it up lol so all in all i feel like i got a pretty good deal will get some pics and video's up soon...

Pics added...............http://s1196.photobucket.com/albums/...irkdiggler350/

Uhhhh, yeah, sounds like a killer deal! Post some pics! Usually people get the best deals on these cars from people who don't necessarily love the fbodies. They just see them as another car.

There was a guy a while back on these forums who picked up a rare sunset orange metallic LS1 trans am for like $2500 or something crazy from a co-worker.

That is a great deal. I pretty much paid the same for mine, but it had 43,000 on it.

My dad works for a local dealer and they took it in on trade. The guy lost his job or whatever and had to get a used pickup for whatever reason so I got the car at my dad's discount price. That's probably cheating a bit but most good deals you have to be at the right place at the right time.

I bought my car in mid '03 with 28k miles for $15,995. It's a stripped-down Camaro, not a TA (more expensive all else being equal) like yours that most likely has some nice options.
