Lazy Tac i completed a ls1 conversion on my 95 last summer i had the PCM loaded with a mail order tool from Texas-Speed and the stock ls1 harness was modified to work in my 95. after driving it i noticed the rpm reading is real lazy if i go WOT the Tac only goes up to bout 4k, MPH is reading normal could this be a sensor someplace or is it in the pcm or harness
