New Orleans - Since people cant keep appointments

Due to an ongoing problem with no-show/no-call customers for Scale and Square appointments, we now require

a $100 non-refundable deposit on all Scale and Square jobs.

Now you're talking! I don't understand why people can't follow through on their commitments!

We have the same problem for dyno time & tuning! Then they get butthurt when you tell them a deposit is required on the reschedule? Like our time isn't important?
