Low Impendence or High?

Low Impendence or High? Which will tune better? Or does it matter? One put out anymore HP?? I'll be running 83# injectors (Siemens Deka), and I can get them in High or low impendence. I know you need a box to run the low, so Im leaning towards the high impendece ones if they wont cut me short. Looking for 1000hp at the FLYWHEEL.
