How to tune for LS3 injectors (using PCM from 2004 express van)

Just want to make sure my tuner has everything he needs to get me tuned up. Going from the stock LQ9 injectors to the LS3 injectors. Anyone got the flow rates, flow tables, etc. for these injectors?

dang i had the excel file, with all the LS3 injector data in LS1 computer format, now I can't find it anywhere.
