Default What size Headers are right for me?

408 LQ4 stroker
WCCH Stage 2 CNC ported LS3 Heads - 70cc
LS3 Manifold
Callies 4.00" Crank and 6.125" Rods
Wiseco -3cc Pistons
11.2 compression
Comp 231/239 617 624 113lsa

Going into a 2003 Silverado. Kooks makes 1 3/4" and 1 7/8" headers for my truck but I don't know what size I need. Any suggestions?

Myth. The more air in/out = more hp everywhere... 1 7/8..... wish I was thinkin ahead when I bought my ARH.... Actually at <3500 may be the same but should pick up after this....
