I have a 2000 TA with most of the bolt ons. Right now it has a stock throttle body. Would it be worth getting the mti throttle body? What kind of gains could I expect? Or should I just get a janzter ported and polished throttle body.

When my car was a bolt on car I got 3rwhp & 5rwtq from my ported LPE TB.

You'd be better off with a $130 ported TB, and use the other $270+ for something that will show a gain, IMO.......
