Default Need Help With Purchese

Hey Guys I'm new to this forum and looking to get into the lt1 "culture" i guess lol but all I have is a 97 silverado that I'm selling so i can get one so cash is a little low but i was wondering if you guys would help decide if this is a good deal or not or if its worth the trouble...Sorry if this isn't the right place to post this.

If you know how to change the head gasket its not a bad deal I would offer less and see what they say. But I would want all the info on the work do to the car like cam specs flow sheets for the heads everything. Some people half *** stuff together and then it'll cost you more in the long run.

if you have the time, space, and money, why not...

however if you're low on cash, it's never wise to take on a project that can result in needing lots of cash..


when i got my car 'the heat didn't work' and that's it. ended up replacing almost everything on the car..
