5.3 with lifter problem

5.3 with lifter problem i have a 2006 trail blazer about 6 weeks ago it droped a lifter on number 6
pulled the head and replaced lifters 3 weeks after that it droped a lifter on number 4 keep in mined that all lifters were replaced pulled it down and you could push the lift in with a push rod real easy so replace them again now after doing all that put it back together and now number 6 will not pump up
please any help yes washed it down and let lift set in oil
