Default Heat Shield Exhaust Rattle

Hey guys! I just installed a Flowmaster 80 series cat-back exhaust on my 2002 35th SLP Camaro SS and I love the sound. However, the 80 series muffler was right up against the heat shield underneath the car and it has caused an annoying *tingy* rattle at low rpms (in gear, foot on brake.) Has anyone else experienced this problem? And if so, what is a good way to fix it? I have tried adjusting the entire exhaust system, but the muffler is definitely not going to move from where it is currently at. I couldn't get it away from the heat shield. Any ideas would be appreciated! Thanks in advance.

I've just about heard 'em all ,and Flowmaster has the best classic muscle sound. Borla, Corsa, etc. They all have that annoying raspy noise that makes it sound like a leaned out V6. I know most don't agree with me, but it's how I feel!

As far as performance, I wasn't really worried about losing 2 or 3 hp. Procharger will make up for it.
