Default air in clutch

ok, i've got a weird clutch pedal issue.

if i slip the clutch in traffic, just slowly moving forward without fully letting the pedal out. the next time i try to go, the pedal is releasing at about halfway. if i repeat the process a 3rd time, of slipping and not fully releasing, it will release right off the floor and stick about halfway after the clutch is endgaged. you pump the pedal a little and it pops right back up and the rest of the gears shift just fine.

it doesnt seem to slip at all while driving.

i may not be the best manual driver as a slip the clutch on take off. i ty not too, but i try to make a smooth take off.

somebody, please help me. i've been searching and searching. its getting to where i hate to drive my car.

oh, one more thing. my fluid gets dirty real fast, in about a week, 50-75 miles. i use the "Ranger" method to change out the fluid in the resivior.

oh, and no leaks. the flud level is always at the same spot, just black and dirty.

goes into 1st and reverse fine, no grinding or other issues.
