Default Window regulator motor

First - what a PAIN in the butt it is to replace the window regulator motor. I thought it would be easy to just take out what is needed. Boy was I wrong. For anyone else that is taking on this task, let me save you some time and just take everything out.
There isn't much room to do it my way. Good luck.

It may not be as easy as some other cars, but I thought it was pretty simple, at least compared to other jobs.

Once you've done it the first time, it's simple. I've replaced both sides. I used allen-head hardware (to make it easier to hold the bolt in place) so next time, they're even easier to zip out. Even before I became a technician, the whole job took about 90 minutes (taking my time and having a beer). Worst part... the passenger door panel developed "the dreaded stress crack" after I replaced that side last year. A little plastic epoxy and some interior dye and it'll disappear, but still... not cool.
