Default 9''

Anyone ever heard or bought anything from camaroguys.com? Over the weekend we got a little book at the super chevy show and I was flipping threw it today and saw a bolt in 9'' with the torque arm. I know I will have to get the center section and axles and all the other odds and end. And from there website I would have to get different brakes. Im in need of gears and I dont want to put money into the 10 bolt. In the book it says the housing and torque arm are $669.95. Would that be a good way to go or is there a cheaper way. I would like to get a strong rearend that I wont have to worry about breaking. Heres what im looking at on the website http://www.camaroguys.com/store/Bolt...71=45-449.aspx.

looks like a really nice set up I just dont have $1,250 to spend right now . But I will have to keep that in mind. Any other setups out there it doesnt have to be a 9'' I know some are running the s60.

no matter what there isnt a real cheap option. The best is the MWC housing, axle, torque arm package. but Bob at brute speed sells moser 9 inch housings and axles also and you could use a junk yard 3rd member which I dont recommend. I tried to do it cheap once it didnt work out, now have a full mwc rear and suspension in the rear of my car. And the link you posted said it was narrow 2 inchs so your wheels would have the wrong backspacing.

Yeah I know either way wont be cheap and im not trying to be cheap. Whatever I get is going to be done right. I noticed it said it was narrowed but I have factory wheels back on it now so that would give me a reason to get new wheels.

$1250 and you get any width you would like, you do not have to come up with new brakes, and it comes with all the standard features you need. Can't get it much cheaper than that especially with a torque arm and cross member that comes with it.

MWC housing, MWC chrome-moly double adjustable torque arm with crossmember for your application. All necessary hardware is included as well. Rearend housing features components such as a drain plug, 4 hole relocator style lca brackets, stock style anti-sway bar mounts, brake line clips, chassis brake hose mounting bracket, brake hose mounts and e-brake cable brackets(98-02) all as standard equipment at no extra charge.

Needed to complete the rear end would be axles and a center section. We offer the same package with axles for $1650 shipped. Then all you would need is a center section.

Well it looks like ill be saving up some more $$$ because $1650 sounds good being I wont have to buy new brakes and all other kind of parts. If I can get everything shipped and all I need is the center section I can deal with that. And since yall sell the center section too looks like I would be spending more money lol. But I shouldnt have to worry about breaking it and I will be upgrading the gears at the same time. How long does it usually take to get it shipped out?

It does take a while since they are made in house. Hell think they will even do payments or work a deal out with you to get the ball rolling. You really wont regret going with MWC and there service is great. It be wise to just keep saving and get it.

Yeah im really not trying to put money in my 10 bolt. Heard toooo many people regret it and I dont want to be like them. Id rather spend the money and have a nice set up then spend the money for it to break after some hard launches.

We do payments, we require a small down payment to get you on the list and go as needed until it is paid in full. As busy as we are with builds it has worked out great for a ton of our customers.

Keep in mind we are not the fastest out there but that is because we are the actual fabrication shop that builds our components from start to finish. We are not purchasing other items from other locations already done. This is why it takes a little time to get our housings done and when the demand is as high as it is that also adds some time to the builds.

We are doing everything we can to get product out as fast as possible with out raising our prices and loosing our known quality. At the end of the day we want to go to the track and look at our customers as peers not just credit card numbers.

Now we just need to get our new shop cars finished so we can hit some of these events also. They haven't been touched in months do to how busy we have been. I know I am ready to make some passes this year.
