Painted Pacesetter/ Repainting before install question????
I received the wrong headers from LS1 Speed. They gave me a nice store credit, so I decided to just keep the painted ones.
I plan to take a wire brush to them this weekend. After that's done, I'm gonna coat them with Redline POR 21. I think once that coat dries, I'll use a nice high-temp gloss black paint.
Does this sound like a good plan?
What route would you guys go?

As for the cam.. I have a TR230 that will be installed at the same time as the headers....

Very curious because if I get LTs I may not get coated ones either.
Z28Venom, any links to that Redline or Checkers 1500 stuff?
