WTB: Book "Master EFI Tuner - GM EFI" Like the title says, I'm looking for a copy of "Master EFI Tuner - GM EFI" that many people on here speak of as a great start for learning to tune your car yourself. If you've got a copy sitting on your shelf collecting dust, let me know. I believe the book is by Dan ? from MASPORT SPEED SHOP. Thanks
