Default rear end issue possibly..due to OD?

I drive a 2002 camaro z28 auto4od stock trans 24500miles, slp cold air intake, slp catback, dyno tune. I recently started to hear a loud scretching/squeaking noise from the rear, thinking its because my dyno tune could be putting alot of pressure/stress (possibly just overloading them) on my gears>>>>i usually drive in overdrive when i put the pedal to the floor at high speeds, should I be keeping it in drive? >>I know its bad to boost while in 4th(OD) this is why i ask.

>it always seemed the car wile in drive, keeping it in 3rd, would slow down alot faster so i figured it be better to work it in overdrive, am i wrong?

I can only answer one of your question,
your " loud scretching/squeaking noise "
an't from your dyno tune "overloading the gears"
wish I could answer more, but you are over my head
