Default What to use for rear end gasket?

I bought a proform perfect launch rear end cover from speed inc for my z. It says not to use a gasket. What do you use then?

I like to use grey gasket maker/rtv. I lay a nice bead around the cover, let it tack up for a few minutes and then install the cover. Whenever I've used just a gasket it has always leaked.

I've had the best luck when the grey RTV has dried a little bit.

Wipe the cover, lay the bead down. set it aside. Clean your differential surface, check the bead. It should be dry enough that you can touch it and not have it stick to your finger. 20 mins or so.
