Need help with loud whistling noise

Need help with loud whistling noise So i have 02 z28 and at idle it makes a sort of whistling/loud ticking noise you can hear but i just cant pinpoint where it is. When you rev it up it becomes alot loud and sounds like a supercharger and its really annoying. Also when I turn my ac on it becomes much much loud at idle and the noise is louder when you give it gas? Any advice?

Hm I disconnected the air pump fuse hoping that may be it but I am not sure. Whenever I take off in it and increase in speed it gets really really loud and my car is already super loud with lm1 exhaust it sounds like a super loud blower but it goes away after driving for a few minutes I think if it was something like a belt or altenator going out it would be doing this all the time and not stop? Not sure.
