here is my alternator hard mounted.

And this is the belt i used. its a 32.5 inch belt, hence the 325 in the part number, or a 825mm belt, as seen just below the part number. I would suggest a slightly longer belt if possible. This one works fine, but may be just slightly to tight. I ran it around the alternator, half way around the crank, and used a ratchet to turn the motor over and it popped right on!!!

I'm running vette accesories and was able to use the stock vette tensioner on the passenger side head. You should be able to do the same with F body alternator. You will just need a 3/4 inch spacer behind the tensioner.

I'm running a denso alternator and home made bracket so my belt length won't help you. The last 3 digits in the part number give you the belt length.

Yeah I can get you a pic, I am on my cell right now, but if you find my thread I think u can see it.

I went with the EWP for the sole reason of NOT wanting the belt routed high like that pic, Im trying really hard to have a CLEAN bay!

Im running a stock f body alternator and bracket, water pump, SLP crank pulley and a stock water pump mounted tensioner by the passenger head. The belt routes exactly like Pop N Wood's setup just without his homeade bracket.

I wanna say the belt was 49-50 inches.

EDIT: Not home to take a picture but here is my setup in one badass paint drawing haha
