Default Milling L92 heads help

Im new here and need some help I just got my hands on a 08 6.0L LY6 with a set of L92 heads. I'll be running a 220/220 581/581 112lsa and im wondering if milling the heads will help me any?

I forgot to add ill be using the stock L92 truck intake and its going into a 2007 silverado. Any advice would help thank you

Those engines are fairly low in compression so yes milling would help BUT I cant say for certain how much you should take off with that cam etc. Who did you order the cam from they should know how far you can go
