'93Formula

When I drive my formula and if i have to stop somewhere and I shut the car off it gives me problems to start back up. If i leave it for like 30 minutes it will start up fine but, if i only give it like 5-10 minutes it won't start. Then Ill have to get a jump from someone and even with the jump ill have to give it gas to start up. Does anybody know the problem of this and how to fix this? Thanks
