Default why is my z28 overheating ?

i have 2000 camaro z28 a-4 the car overheats when i use the a/c and so i stoped using the a/c but now that we are at 98 deg of weather it's overheating still ?

also fans wont come on period so i am using my manual fan switch on full speed all the time..

things i have done:

1) replace coolant temp sensor
2) installed a 160 stat
3) installed a manual fan switch
4) flushed radiator and added new antifreeze

** car is running 200 deg with the manual fan switch on all the time in the freeway but in town it will go over 210 with the fans on at full speed.....wtf ???

Replace the fan relays so they come on like they should. Also, you haven't done any tuning? handheld or otherwise? PCM controls the fans on/off temp.

Check to make sure nothing is blocking the front of the radiator, like a bird, bag(s), bugs, etc. Remove the air lid and radiator cover and check in between for debri also. If clear it maybe you water pump.

your car does not have an accurate temp gauge, its an idiot gauge, it will read 200-210 whether the motor is 150 or 230
