Turbo LS1 4l60e
Need info on what parts I should upgrade in my tranny to make it last a little while on roughly 600RWTQ. Engine is built bottom end(~9:1 CR) and slightly modified heads and will see approx 10-12psi boost
Trans already has a shift kit.
I was told by a trustworthy trans guy that builds 4l60's every day that all I need is:
1. Intermediate Servo
2. OD Servo
3. Kevlar Band
I know that cant be enough. What about clutches? He says he is going to make the trans shift so hard that the clutches will be fine.
Any other parts I should consider?
Thanks

The car will not be so much drag raced. I might take it a few times in a year to the track and try to cut some 1.70's but mostly it will be daily driver with just Drag Radials.
I know the low end torque kills these trannys, but if I am easy on the low end, will the tranny hold up for a while with the mods I listed? Or maybe with the mods I listed + a few more????? ANy suggestions please?
I definatley want to maintain streetability and be able to get on it on the highway so TH400 does not sound good to me.

get it buit professionally, anyone that says just add a couple of parts for 600 rwtq is a ******* moron. I have use Rossler for the past 14 years for my built autos. www.rosslertrans.com. A properly built 4L60e is going to run a coupe grand easy though!

Spoke with a friend who has the exact tranny mods i described above and had the same guy do his tranny and saw his dyno sheet: 657RWTQ
He says he sprays about 2 bottles a week for the past 9 months no tranny probs. Also the guy he works for has an fbody shop down here and has a 10 second H/C + Spray Car and he also has the same mods for over a year now with no problems...
I think I will try it to start out with...if it fails down the road, i only spent $300
