Default Is there any difference between a Compstar rod for LS1 and 408 Stroker?

Like the title says if I had a set of 6.125 Compstar rods made for an LS1 can I use them in a LQ4 that is getting a stroker crank and the correct pistons. I feel they are the same, but have seen some posts that claim to some rods being stroker clearanced and I don't think they were talking about the block. This would be used with a Callies crank also and both crank journal sizes are 2.100 I believe.
