Anybody have Dash Gauge plate options to mount gauges in factory sort of locations

Anybody have Dash Gauge plate options to mount gauges in factory sort of locations I'm Just looking for options for who sells a pre-fab plate that I can mount gauges on..
something that fits in the stock location and uses the stock mounting holes.
Right now all I can find is the plate from AdFabDesigns...
something like this...(this is from AdFabDesigns website)
I just cant seem to get a hold of the guy right now and I want something I can order and have shipped out to show up on friday.
I have a 5" tach and Speedo, and three 2-1/16 gauges to stick into a plate
