Default LQ4/T56 code p0651

I have a p0651 code that keeps popping up. I also have a p0101 at the same time. The car is a 69 Camaro that I did a swap in. The engine runs good when cold but the idle climbs as the engine warms, all the way to 3000rpm's. It is running rich to the point that some of the header tubes are red and the temps between cylinders vary one from another. I have a 6.0 with L92 heads, LS3 intake, 96mm throttle body, 236/242 .580/.590 lift cam on a 112 LSA, 1-7/8" headers. I had PCMS for less do a starter tune on the PCM and it fired up right out the gate but now I am having some issues. Is there anyone that can shed a little light on this situation as I am new at the fuel injection game? I pulled the codes and the p0651 is a voltage B circuit open and the p0101 is the mass air circuit range/perf. what does this mean to me?

I called the guy that pinned my harness out and he said to pull the harness and send it back to him and he will check the connections. Not happening! He said I could check it if I wanted to so hopefully I will yank it tomorrow and check continuity from the green and blue plugs to the end of each sensor connections. This will tell me where the problem is. Only problem is there isnt but 80 wires to check!!! I think when I was carbureted I had approximately 3 wires to the engine, ignition to the coil, wire to the starter solenoid, and a wire to the alternator. LMAO!!!

Hopefully I just fixed all my issues at once! Just ordered a new PCM, wiring harness, fuse block, relays, MAF and the show quality wire wrap all custom fit to my application with no solder joints, all Delco connectors, new wire, red/blue PCM so no DBW conversions here, 3000 degree wire wrap at the crank sensor, all rear exiting, three wires to power everything up and it is live fired in house to make sure the PCM and harness meets their critieria. So we will see when I get back from the beach if Santa dropped off some goodies for me. Until then its hopefully blue skies, warm air and sand between my toes!!! Oh and a cold beer in one hand and a titty in the other...
