Default screeching

I put new tires on yesterday and noticed a screeching sound when i turn the rotors, coming from both sides on the front.

I took the pads off on the drivers side to make sure it wasn't the brakes and it still did it. Any Ideas?

I'm not sure what causes it but mine dose the same on the driverside of mine also. I do know what it's coming from though. If you look at the bottom of the nuckle you will see what looks like a tab that goes all the way through to the otherside. If you press or pull on it the squeek will stop. I'm not sure if that is some indicator to replace something or not. I have plans on replacing ball joints and tierods real soon so I hope that's it.

Also mine only dose it in reverse or making a hard or sharp right turn.
