How to pass emissons with Longtubes & 604 lift cam Wanting to put my car back on the street. I have Kooks 1 7/8 Headers in to 3 1/2 collectors running through a 3 1/2 inch X-pipe

I live in the country. But they still put the thing in the rear of the exhaust.
Do they make a Y-Pipe for Kooks Headers with Cats & going to convert to a Borla System, Hoping with the Borla System with the quiet Plates & a Bullet muffler welded in somewhere in the exhaust it will quiet the car down
Is it possbile to make the car pass emissions? Any tricks known to pass the snifffer test.
