Default Tuning in hot conditions

I am scheduled to meet with my tuner today but its going to be almost 100 degrees outside. The car is not going on the dyno, but we will be doing some data logging and WOT runs. The tuner knows what variables need to be worked on as he has tuned hundreds of LS1 cars before. My questions is how the heat will effect the performance gain from the tune. I want to squeeze as much power out of it as possible.

Also, conditions aside, what kind of rwhp gain can one expect from JUST the tune? Mods are full exhaust, LS6 intake, Lid.
