Have a 2002 chevrolet silverado 1500 acting up. Yesterday I started it up to leave, put it in gear (Started backing up) then it died. The battery light came on for just an instant when it happened. This morning it cranked over but didn't start. Last time this happened I tried swapping relay's and checked fuses and all seemed to work. Didn't change anything and for giggles I cranked it again and it worked. No issues for a couple days and it has relapsed.

check your battery terminals. my car was acting weird and dying and the speedo would jump all around. it turned out to be crud on the battery terminals. hope that helps
