Replacing o2 sensors ..how many?

My tuner said to replace my o2 sensors because they were shot but how many do I need seeing I have my o2 sensors deleted I believe because I have long tubes headers on.

Do i need just the top left and top right o2 ?

If you have the rear O2s deleted then you should only need the 2 you mentioned. This may seem like a stupid question but are you sure your tuner deleted your rear O2s?
