Default Oxygen Sensors?

I recently supercharged my Lt1, and have been having some issues with the idling. It seems to idle fun until the car reaches operating temperatures (about 5 mins or so after start up) and then it bounces between 900-1500 rpms read on the tach. The car has a tune from Ion which seems to be a tweaked version of the tune procharger provides with their kits, and i havent datalogged it to see if that has anything to do with it, but at this point is assumed to be ok. He notified me that the idle could be due to an oxygen sensor being toast (i have long tubes, maybe i fouled one?) and recommended i replace them.

Is there any good way to test to see if an O2 sensor is bad? And if not, is there any place/brand you would recommend getting them from, price and quality wise? Id like to do both at once, to either eliminate the problem or at least rule it out.
Thanks guys! Any input is greatly appreciated.

No one has replaced their O2 sensors?
Any input even on decent sensors or a place to order them from would be great too!

you've got to scan it untill then don't waste your time. I'll stay in touch with this thread as i fought this for a year or so, you can easily tell by freescan if your o2's are working, also use delphi non-bosch. What kind of bypass system do you have? is it dumping on the mafs? Man theirs alot of things it could be scan it...
