Stock wheels, stock intake, stock exhaust, stock shifter...in other words STOCK. Only thing aftermarket is a set of Goodridge Stainless Steel brake lines and Hawk HP+ pads. (Very aggressive, dust+noise)
Bought the vehicle last August with 87.9k from a dealer in Los Angeles, drove it home, drove it every couple weeks until December when I sold my daily driver & have been using it as a daily commute vehicle since. Never had an issue, never let me down. No SES lights. Have been getting about 21-22 MPG average in traffic/highway commuting. 91 octane is a MUST for this vehicle (high compression).
Currently shows 99,850 on the odo and will remain parked now until it is sold. Oil was changed about 1,500 miles ago with Mobil 1 (all I've used since I bought it) and the brake fluid was completely flushed along with new front rotors and new Hawk pads all around at the same time (stops like heck, no vibrations). These are an aggressive compound so the pads do generate quite the amount of brake dust and some noise. Tires are Toyo T1R's in the factory sizes - about 8k on them and plenty of life left.
This vehicle is NOT your show car. If you're looking for a super clean, scratch/scuff free Z06 - this is NOT the one for you. I myself have not contributed to any of it, but the front bumper has some scrapes at the bottom and the rear bumper also has some scuffs on the outside edge on both sides. The drivers door also has a scratch about 2" long that has been touched up. 90% of the general public will not notice any of this and in fact I've gotten compliments on how the Quicksilver "pops" in the sunlight. The vehicle is priced accordingly for its condition - it is still a great performer and the drivetrain itself is sound. Does also have the usual C5 wear on the driver's seat (side of the bolster, the seat bottom itself is fine) as well as the front lower air dam probably needing replacement. (Hangs low, $70-90 replacement from your local dealer).
ABSOLUTELY no test drives unless you have CASH in hand or we are meeting at your local financial institution after a deal has been agreed on. With a six day work schedule plus school I don't have time to deal with tire kickers or dreamers, don't waste my time and your time. NO TRADES, AT ALL. I've realized I'm better off investing in property first before I dump loads of cash turning this into an all out track car - hence I need the cash to save up for a home.
It is priced to make up for the Craigslist lowball, so please - make me an offer. I am very open to sensible offers. Cash or financing works, hence your ridiculously low "CASH!!!" offer is no more enticing than a check from a bank/credit union.
