What cam is stamped 586fm23.

I have a cam stamped 586fm23 and the other number is 11402l. Can anyone identify this cam duration or tell me how to find out what the specs are?

You'll have to send it somewhere to have it measured. Several places can do this for you. It's the only RELIABLE way to determine what cam you really have.
