5.3 alternator help

Hey guys I couldn't find anything on the boards about this. I'm wanting to change to the truck alternator now there's a 145 and 160-165 alternator. I don't know which one to run.

I think 130-140 amp came on the Tahoes and Escalades from 00-05, there is a 160 on the 06 and up. You really can't go wrong with any of those.
