Nice car for sure but you're going to have a hard time unloading it at that price when Mr. Childress is selling his 8 second highly documented street car for 7k more.

This is a good price if it has cold a/c, 800+ HP and runs high 9s. If u got a dyno sheet with dyno video and track times with video it will help justify price.
