My gauge in my 93 Z stopped working. I know that the 93 had two temp sensors; one on the water pump and one on the block. I changed the one on the water pump and the gauge still reads zero so i'm guessing the sensor on the block is the sensor for the gauge. Problem is i don't know if thats the same exact sensor that goes into the water pump of if its different. When you check with autozone, advanced, or pepboys they only show one sensor.

Could someone give me a part number or what the exact name of the sensor is?

Water pump sensor is a 2 terminal temp sensor
head sensor is a 1 terminal temp sensor
