Default A cling noise from the rear passenger tire

I have a 99 camaro z28 manual. Every time I hit a small bump, it makes a cling noise. When I drove a couple miles today the car just didn't feel right, it felt a little shakey. Then I drove it later in the day, and I was going prob five miles a hour in traffic, a loud cling noise happened, and the engine almost died. Then when I pull over and couldn't find anything unnormal, bolts lose, or anything. So I drove it home, it was a little shakey, and every little bump in the road a cling noise came from the rear passenger tire. So what should I check out??
