Will there be a sound difference? Ok well iam very curious of wheter or not there will be a sound difference ... i have a loudmouth and if i replace the factory y pipe with a round on e.. will there be any sound or performance gains???

Not really... I'd save the money spent on an aftermarket y-pipe and get a cheap set of headers like the Pacesetters or new Flowtechs. Then you'll notice a REAL difference in performance AND sound.
