hptuners checksum 4280 error

hptuners checksum 4280 error Im working on my 02 ss and when i try to do a read entire i get it says checksum 4280 error.
when i search this it says that the car has previously been tuned with another system but I tuned it with hptuners and did the 2 bar SD OS. The car was running great then i added a boost controller to turn it up a little and when i went to start tuning I got this error, I actually finished up the low boost tune last time the car moved.
Any Ideas?

I tried reading the VCM on my 02 ss recently with hptuners, and I received a 4000 checksum error. It had been tuned previously by W2W using hptuners. I was told I would have to reflash back to stock with a tech2 and start over. I really just wanted to update my rear axle ratio and look at W2W's tune to try and learn. I'm new at tuning and don't want to start from stock with this car.
