Default What PSI spring to start with?

T76 front mount on my Trans Am... I have a stock bottom end LQ4 with a 224/228 cam and good valvesprings.. I'm going to be running solely e85. My TiAL 44mm wastegate came with a 14lb spring, (big blue) and I am seriously considering just using it instead of buying a weaker one. I have plenty of fuel for the spring. I'm wondering if I should use it as-is or pick up a lower PSI spring. Thoughts?

couple pics of my setup..

Might want to stick to around 10psi on stock bottom end or be very conservative with the tune on 14lbs
