Default Intermittent hot start problem

I just had the car dyno tuned by one of the sponsors but now I'm having a hot start problem. After drive the car a bit, if I turn it off and then try to restart after a few minutes it'll only crank and not start. If I wait 10-15 minutes it'll start without any problems. One thing I did notice is that my fuel pressure gauge goes to about 100 psi when this happens. Could the fuel be boiling in the rails from heat? I have a check valve in the fuel line about 18 inches from the fuel rail. Do I need to move it farther back in the fuel supply line or just get rid of it altogether? I also read somewhere that an overly heat-soaked IAT sensor could cause this as well. My IAT is mounted about 6 inches from the throttle body in the charge piping. Thanks for any help with this.

Big problem if your rail pressure is reaching 100psi... Fix that before anything.

Problem solved. I removed the check valve and the problem went away, no more 100psi in the rails.
