WTB - little round "grill" in A pillar

I used to have a shift light in my A pillar, and now that I removed it theres a just a big hole where the little plastic "grill" used to be. Anyone have one? Probably doesnt matter but its for the drivers side A pillar.

I believe have the actual pillar if interested. Not sure if you will find just the little grill.
