Default Spark plug recomendation 100hp wet kit

Can anyone give me a recommendation on what part number spark plug I should run? I just installed a Zex wet system and am waiting for a Mallory Hyfire VI to arrive so I can adjust timing. Didnt plan on spraying more 100 maybe 125hp.

The car is a 97 LT1 TA with the existing mods:
Madman tune
Probe flat top pistons
11:1 static
230°/230° .480 .480 108°LSA camshaft
stock heads w/LT4 valve springs
electric WP
longtubes
off-road Y into flowmaster cat back
3400 PI convertor
Aluminum driveshaft

I was thinking of a Autolite 103?

Also car has a 2.73 rear end anyone have a similar set up what kind of times could be expected at the track on a 100 shot?

Thank you.

Thank you for the recommendations, could you also suggest a plug gap?

Thanks again!
