ok...so my cougar sputters out and dies...just had a new fuel pump/filter put in...still kept doing this but not every day...when hot and when I use the A/C and drive alot...I was told it needed a tune up so I did that...plugs/points new air filter...ran great for a couple of weeks and my check engine light was not on...this week I got into my car...turned on the A/C and went about 3 city blocks and it sputtered out at the light...i had to wait 5-10 minutes before it would start...sputtered one more time and then seemed to kick in...but i didn't turn my A/C on...
Is there any cougar genius out there that can tell me what the heck is going on...I don't know what to check for next...could the filter/pump have been bad??
