Clutch hydraulic question...
Changed my clutch from a well worn OZ700 to a new LS7 clutch.
Bled the slave. Used DOT3 fluid and an East Coast Performance speed bleeder. Ran it till there were no air bubbles in the system.
Car "normally" drives great and clutch pedal is solid. Once in a while when first starting the clutch will engage just off the floor and the trans is hard to put into gear (especially reverse). If a press the clutch a second time all is normal.
Is it usual to have to bleed the system several times to get air out? Thinking that could be the problem.
I have a McCloud adjustable Master Cylinder and a drill mod as well.
Didn't have this issue before changing the clutch.
$0.02 appreciated.
