mini choppers? Anyone have one of these little 125cc mini choppers? My wife wants one and I am not sure. Are they street legal? She wants one to ride next to me while I am on the Harley, just mainly for running around town.... no freeway or 60+mph roads. She likes it cause it's an automatic. But I don't want to get one of these things and find myself ALWAYS working on it.
Anyone have an opinion? Or real-world experience?

My brother and I have ruckus's. His is an EFI turbo charged 150cc bike. I just got mine and the donor and we are going to strip it and start working on it tomorrow. I hope to do the same and make it an efi and turbo bike.
I know that the 49cc is street legal so I would think your 125 is as well. Can't take the ruck on the highway, but no way would I want to.
