Will G8 GT 19" wheels fit 99 SS ?

Not with out modification. Remember the G8, like the '04-'06 GTO, is a Holden underneath; so the bolt pattern is metric.
G8= 5x120mm 4th Gen= 5x4.75" =5x120.65mm
It's close enough they can be made to fit but it'll take some grinding or some adapters.

Although not ideal, 5x120mm wheels will fit without adapters. It's .65mm..it's the offset/width that will make these specific wheels not fit. I think they have higher offset which will make the back of the wheel possibly rub or not fit....If that's the case, they would need a spacer and probably a big one. I think they are pretty much the Cadillac ct-v 19s

Can you post a pic? So does that mean any G8 wheels will fit? I'm interested in aftermarket wheels that are made for g8s...Do f-bodys and g8/gtos have the same offsets? Any clearance issues?
