Default 4l60e trans brake and upgrades necessary

I was looking into a trans brake for a 4l60e in my 95' trans am and wondered what is the trans brake hardest on part wise? Input shaft, output shaft? The trans is a mild build already and holds ok to my 700-725hp area to the flywheel. I do still have stock shafts in it, car has yet to see below a 1.60 60ft. Whats some recommendations? Sticking with a 4l60e so no trans swap recommendations. Thanks

a transbrake will 'shock' your rearend like a 6 speed does. if you're still running the stock 10 bolt, you'll need to upgrade rearend too, like a 12 bolt or 9 inch.
